Planar transformer size P1100 with heat sink has an optimal power range of 10kW-30kW, a maximum rated current of 600A , an application frequency range of 20-125 KHz, and is packaged with an electroplated aluminum heat sink. It has high thermal conductivity and can dissipate heat through the coil. Patented product terminals ( US Patent No. 7460002 ) have high mechanical strength and low resistance. Topologies include full-bridge, half-bridge, full-bridge ZVS , push-pull, etc. Highly efficient and energy-saving (low loss), ultra-compact flat structure.
